How can I avail LazyPay services?
You must choose LazyPay as a payment mode available on the merchant’s website. An OTP is sent to the user for verification purpose and after entering the OTP, transaction is processed.

How is the statement amount calculated?
The statement amount is calculated as sum of all transactions that you have done at merchants & any installment that you need to repay. Any previous dues, late fees & penalties are also added to your due amount, from this LazyPay subtracts all repayments, cashbacks, refunds and credits that you have received during the bill cycle.

What is the minimum/maximum amount for withdrawal to bank?
The minimum amount for withdrawal is Rs 10,000. You can withdraw upto the limit set for you. Your limit is displayed on the mobile app.

Where can I see my previous withdrawals?
Currently, this is visible only on the Citrus-LazyPay app on Android.
Go to the LazyPay tab, you will find Repayment Status section. You can tap on card which shows your withdrawal amount. After you tap, it will show all details regarding your withdrawal i.e. when are your installments due and how much you need to repay every month.

Can I withdraw my balance in to some other bank account ?
No, you cannot withdraw into some other bank account. LazyPay only support withdrawal into the same account that you have setup for automatic repayment.

Can I have more than one withdrawal running under my account simultaneously?
Yes, you can initiate multiple withdrawals. Each withdrawal will have a separate payment cycle which you will have to repay before your due date. You just need to make sure that each withdrawal is more than 10000 and in multiple of 1000s.

Unable to withdraw my credit limit to bank. Please help?
Please check you have available credit limit more than Rs 10,000 to be able to withdraw into bank. You can pay some of your outstanding dues and increase your credit limit over Rs 10,000.

There is a processing fee of 2% that is applicable, whenever you withdraw from your credit limit to your bank. However, as an introductory offer, the fee for a limited period is Rs 0.

This depends on the amount you are withdrawing. Installment periods vary from 3 months to 24 months.

Will my repayments reflect on my credit score?
Yes, as per government norms all of your repayment and credit borrowing records are shared with the respective credit bureaus whenever the same is being asked for. So, your good track record with LazyPay* will reflect on your CIBIL as well. Please note this is applicable only if you get an enhanced credit limit and complete your KYC & auto repayment setup.

What is withdrawal from credit limit to bank?
You can withdraw from your credit limit* directly into your bank account. You can use these funds for your emergency needs or shopping or wherever else you want to. You will need to repay the amount you withdraw in installments as chosen by you at the time of withdrawal. You will also be charged interest and a processing fee. Please note this is applicable only if you get an enhanced credit limit and complete your KYC & auto repayment setup.

Amount has been deducted from bank/card but repayment is showing as failed/in progress (less than 24 hours). What should i do?
LazyPay usually retry every hour with your bank/card to fetch the correct status of your payment. In most cases, within 24 hours, they will update the status of your repayment and notify you appropriately. You will not be charged any late payment charges if your transaction couldn’t be updated before the due date.

Amount has been deducted from bank/card but repayment is showing as failed/in progress (more than 7 days). Please help?
Please get in touch with your bank to get the status of the refund. Please note, banks generally take 7- 10 days for CC/DC/NB and 15 days ( Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) for a UPI transaction to refund this amount in your source account.

No, if you have already cleared your dues, then auto repayment of your dues will not be processed.

How to repay the outstanding/due amount?
There are multiple ways by which you can repay your outstanding or due amounts:
On the website – Select the ‘Pay Bill’ tab available on the home page http://www.lazypay.in . Enter your registered details and OTP received. Click on Pay Now.
From email/SMS – You can click on the “Pay Now” button in the email or click on the link in the SMS message. (Tip: you can save the link from your SMS for future repayments as well)
On the mobile app – Download LazyPay Citrus- LazyPay App from Play Store or the Citrus-LazyPay App from App store. Click on the LazyPay tab available at the bottom, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button.

Where can I see my cashback credit?
Cashback transactions are visible in your transaction history. Please follow the following process to view your transaction history:
In the mobile app, your transactions are visible in the LazyPay tab. You will need to scroll down to see your transactions. You can tap on “Show All” to see all your past transactions
In the website, after you login on lazypay.in, your transactions are displayed below your outstanding and due amounts.

Why did i not receive cashback?
Cashback is credited in your LazyPay account within 2 days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) of you doing the transaction. If its more than 2 working days, please check terms and condition of the offer and check if you were eligible for the cashback on that offer. If you are eligible for the cashback or received incorrect cashback, you can write from their help page and they will help you.

What is bank bounce charge?
It is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain sufficient funds in your bank account to cover your due amount. When the bank account you have linked for auto repayment doesn’t have sufficient funds in order to get the auto debit done successfully, LazyPay pays a penalty to your bank for this failed attempt. We add this to your statement. Bounce Charge is fixed at Rs 300 per bill cycle.

How is the EMI overdue charge calculated?
EMI overdue charge is calculated, if you are unable to repay your installment for the withdrawal to bank. It is calculated as 26% APR and calculated on a per day basis.
For eg: You have an installment due of Rs 5000 on 3rd May and you aren’t able to repay this. there will be an overdue charge every day after the 5th of May. The charge added per day will be calculated as 5000* (26/100) * (1/365) = Rs 3.56. The same charge will be added for each day that you don’t repay.

How is late fee calculated?
Late fee is calculated only if you have an overdue and have made interest free payments on websites & apps. It is calculated as Rs 10 per day, you don’t pay. It is capped at 30% of total due for these purchase transactions. For eg: You have a due amount of Rs 1000 and you fail to repay this by the due date. Charge of Rs 10 will be added every day, you don’t repay. LazyPay will cap the fee at Rs 300, which is 30% of the total due amount.

Interest is charged when you withdraw from your credit limit to your bank account. Interest varies between 14 to 24%, depending on the amount & tenure of your withdrawal.

I wasn’t approved for a LazyPay credit limit, when can I try again?
In case your first attempt to get an enhanced LazyPay limit wasn’t successful, you will be allowed to retry this in the future. LazyPay will reach out to you when we can accept other information such as bank statements, salary slips etc to help you get a credit limit.

Why am i unable to see my credit limit?
If your credit limit is showing as 0, check if you haven’t used up all your credit limit. Your credit limit will get restored only after you repay your outstanding amount. If your credit limit is showing as 0 or the same after you have submitted all the required information for increasing your credit limit (PAN, DOB, Address, Salary) then, at the moment LazyPay can’t approve an increase in your LazyPay credit limit. Currently, the LazyPay credit limit is only visible on the Citrus- LazyPay App on Android.

How do I increase my credit limit?
Currently, increasing your LazyPay credit limit is only available on the Citrus- LazyPay App on Android. The following are the steps to be completed for getting an enhanced credit limit.
Click on “Get it Now” and complete the form by filling your PAN details, salary details & address information.
If you get approved to increase your limit, you need to do your KYC.

Once your KYC is approved, you need to link your bank account for setting up repayments. Here’s how
Over time, your credit limit may increase further if you continue to repay your LazyPay dues on time.

Why am i unable to transact using LazyPay?
You can try transacting with a lower value. Every time you attempt a transaction on LazyPay, their algorithms evaluate your profile, current balance, past purchase, and repayment behavior to determine whether LazyPay can afford the transaction on your behalf.

I have received a notification that my cashback has been credited, where can I see it?
You can view your cashback in your LazyPay account. You can login to your account at http://www.lazypay.in to check the same in your transactions tab or in your LazyPay account in Citrus App. Please note that your cashback will be immediately adjusted in your current outstanding amount. If you have already paid your dues, you can use this amount for next purchases with LazyPay.

Login to your LazyPay account with your registered credentials. The cashback amount credited would be adjusted in the LazyPay outstanding amount for next purchases at LazyPay. It should reflect in the Outstanding amount tab on your dashboard. If the cashback still does not reflect in your account, you may contact them using the ‘contact us’ at Need Help section.

Are there any fees if I don’t repay before the due date?
Yes we will charge you if you don’t repay by your due date. In some rare cases, we may provide a grace period (bank holidays/system unavailable).
Late fee is Rs 10 per day upto 30% of your purchases.
EMI overdue charge is 26% APR per day.
Bank bounce charge is Rs 300.

What is the billing cycle for repayment?
LazyPay statement is generated twice a month:
16th of every month – For all transactions between 1 – 15th Midnight.
1st of every month – For all transactions carried out between 16th – 30th/31st of previous month. After the statement is generated, the payment must be made within 3 days to avoid late penalty charges of INR 10/day and in extreme cases discontinuation of service.

How do I cancel my order?
